/t someone_i_don't_know, hey want easy xp? SK my buddy and sit around
doing nothing.

Basically the sweet spot for XP leeching seems to be about 9 levels
difference between the hunter and the leech. A bridge side-kicks the
leech for the guy providing the PL. A very boring (non)activity.

Leeching XP from your level 50 buddy for you lowbie hero. There won't
be any point after these changes go in. But as I said, the missions
will still work, lvl 40 somethings will still get bridging requests.

What is a "bridging request" and how does one "herd/nuke" in this game?

And what's the point of sitting there?

Bridging is being the intermediate character.

IE level 1 to be PL'd
level 20 doing the pl
and a level 15 bridge character who sidekicks the level 1 to level 14.
Level 20 then runs around killing things and the sk'd level 1 gets max
exp per kill.

Herd/nuke just refers to the habit some people have of sending a tank to
run around gathering as many critters as possible and dragging them back
to a spot where the rest of the group waits with firepower to kill the
herd in a couple seconds.

They sit there doing nothing but cause lag while other toons fight and
feed them exp.

A bridge is someone who sidekicks a powerlevelee, to bring him within
9 levels of a powerleveller so that he'll get XP for the
powerleveller's kills.

It's a safe spot where you can get XP from the kills of your
powerleveller without yourself being at risk.
