How can i install Dpv setup. exe., and will this get the voice back to my computer?

Hmmm, a familiar thing happened to a friend... does this appear?

Windows cannot execute DPVSetup.exe, use Add/Remove Programs control panel to install.

DirectPlay Voice has encountered an error.

My friend went into Control Panel and tweaked the Audio settings. Something to do with audio hardware acceleration if I'm not mistaken.
