HI, How do I use crap cleaner for safe and productive cleaning of comp

I'm a semirookie that uses crap cleaner for clea up of unneeded files/etc. Installed new version a noticed a few more boxes checked, any way what file sets/check boxes are safe and productive to delete to speed up laptop? What do the pros delete when cleaning and how often also what are recomindations for rookie cleaning win 7 laptop? THANKS FOR REPLYS!

just enable all the boxes except wipe free space at the last bcz it takes loot of time ..
weeks or monthly disk defragmentation based on you usage is enough to make system clean..
