Windows xp dual view questions

Hi,

I am using the dual view function and I have two questions.
1. On my desk the laptop is on the left and the lcd on the right though the laptop thinks the laptop is on the right and the lcd on the left. That is, when the mouse pointer is on the laptop in order to get to the lcd I have to move it offscreen to the left and vice versa. make sense?

2. When I open a .wmv or .mov on the the video opens full screen on the screen that down not have the player open. if I minimize the player the other screen flickers. any fix for this?
