Any java people here?

Hi,

I am designing a website...all going well :

www.gruffe.co.uk

However, the presentation at the top (fish etc) feeds off of this script :

http://www.gruffe.co.uk/js/jquery-1.3.2.min.js

This (i believe) defines the quotes that appear. The images are defined within the page HTML

I want to change the "Guide" etc quotes...but cannot locate the strings within the the JS file, how are they defined? Or what program do I need to use to edit this 'generated' script?

Any help greatly appreciated. Once this is resolved I can have my site finished within a day

Regards

Luke

First off, Java is completely different than Javascript. Second, I wouldn't recommend modifying a generated JS file, and third, I've used a jquery file for communicating with a battleship server, which is what I thought they were for. Granted, I could be mistaken. How did ou generate the file?

Hi,

Thanks for the quick reply. I didn't generate the script, I purchased a web template. I can edit everything i need to except the captions e.g. "Guide" "in the world of finance"

It is the slideshow element at www.gruffe.co.uk (goldfish etc change when you click)

It all appears to come from some resource here but i dont understand enough to be able to edit :

http://flowplayer.org/tools/index.html

Any help or guidance much appreciated. I literally want to change the captions thats it!

Thanks

Luke
