New rig. What do you think/suggest?

I'm planning on getting a new rig very soon, I've gotten my list of goodies. I'm in asia so everything isn't exactly the same, price/brand wise. Can you tell me what you think?
Here it is:

GA-P35C-DS3R (I like price + P35 but theres no firewire port ) $192.3
Intel Core 2 Duo E6420 2.13GHz (will OC to 3.2GHz for 1:1) $187.7
Kingmax DDR-2 800MHz 2GB Dual Channel (Kingmax!? will run at stated 800, so went for cheap) $78.2

2x WD 74GB 10K Raptors in RAID 0 (wooot!) $315.4

GTR 550W PSU (will check amperage, but pretty sure its alright) $57.7

What do you think? How is it going to game? I think prices are reasonably comparable to US. Any feedback would be greatly appreciated.

Edit: I am aware of data loss with RAID 0 so I will be getting storage HDD soon, just gotta gather more cash!

Damn that 8800GTS is cheap.

The cheapest 8800 I've ever seen it for in the UK is for £175 which is the equivalent to $350 (that doesn't include the google checkout offer which gives you £10 off so that doesn't count).

Things are soo much more cheaper in asia =/
