Uninstall outlook express

I would like to uninstall outlook express and can't figure out how to do it. The program does not comeup in "add / remove programs". Appreciate any help....thank you

Just go to "Add Remove..." select "Add Remove Windows Components" from the list (on the left), Scroll down and un-tick Outlook Express.
