USB 2.0 (code10) error Device cannot start


I have tried evey imagineable solution to this issue. I'm at wits end on this one. Please help me to resolve this issue? My USB ports are integrated with my motherboard. Operating system: Vista Home Basic

Try uninstalling the usb hubs in the device manager and then restart the PC.

If that doesn't solve the problem, narrow it down to device or port. Plug something else into that same usb port. Then plug your device into another PC's usb port.
