Hi can any one help, i have lost all my user setting on my PC my outlook will no longer connect nor will my internet all my desktop icons have moved and all my folders that were on my desktop are now gone.

Hey Andrew, welcome. Either someone messed with your PC, or some virus or malware is messing with it. I honestly don't know how you can recover your users settings. Perhaps System Restore?

Your Windows profile probably got corrupted and a new one was created. Check in C:\Documents and Settings for 2 folders that start with your Windows Username.
