Big difference bettwen idle and load

My E4300 is OCed to 2.7Ghz. The cores Idle at 21 and 25C and they reach 55C at load. Is this too much of a difference? I'm using the stock heatsink.

what are you using to monitor your temps? what programs?

The newest version of speedfan. CoreTemp .94 gives the same results.

use coretemp 0.95 as its been said that e4xx have a tjunction of 100 therefore youd be idleing @ 35c and hittin 70c @ load which is not really BAD but its a lil high, imma lap my cpu this weekend n see if i get better temps

Who said E4300's have a Tjunction of 100? From what I understand, most of them are 85, especially the early batches, like the Q644's, which I have.

because a lot of ppl were using the 85c tjuc n supposedly they were idling BELOW ambient temperatures...on air which is... impossible.., a quick test u could do is... underclock ur cpu, have the lowets vcore and if it idles below "ambient temperature" then you'll kno u got a 100c tjuc... and i got the same batch btw
