Recently, Cryptographic Services has been buggy. After a failed update, its been using 50% of CPU through svchost.exe, checked with Process Explorer and I haven't been able to update Windows at all (I've tried manually and through Windows Updates). I've just run the sfc /scannow command and have gotten the log from the scan but I can not make heads or tails of it. Any ideas?

There are kb articles on this, try searching on microsoft for one of these updates, also putting the exact error into GOOGLE will help narrow what update you need!
