I tried everything to fix this boot mgr thing. im wondering if its my hard drive. When i try to repair it all my computer sees is my D:. Windows is installed on C:. You think it has to do with that? My C: is SATA and my D: is IDE

Does your SATA drive show up in BIOS? Have you changed any BIOS settings recently? If the drive doesn't show up in BIOS, then check your connections. If it still doesn't show up in BIOS, then it's likely bad.
