Everything used to run fine but all of the sudden i noticed that graphics on my games appeard broken. also some videos that i watch appear with vertical blue streaks across them. this never used to happen im not exactly sure what happened

Were any changes made to your system before this happened? I would first team with the manufacture of the video card as they will be able to help troublshooting in an effort to narrow down the problem and should it be a video card problem can then possibly issue an RMA.
