My fonts are all corrupt..some appz not loading properly

My PC decided to reboot itself..i didnt take note of the error (it blue screened) and Event Viewer displays jack-all.
However, after the reboot, my fonts look all corrupted, close to a Digital Clock's font....
Firefox has failed to load, and when i went to DISPLAY SETTINGS in Vista Control Panel, i couldnt even get a proper resolution output, and it looks messed up
Some applications (apart from the font stuff up) run fine, some dont...

I tried CHKDSK, and Defrag and SFC / SCANNOW
I also did MEMTEST with the Vista Bootable DVD
Also did Repair Errors Prevetning Vista from Starting
I then uninstalled the Display Adapter from Device Manager and Uninstalled the ATI catalyst & Display driver and reinstalled both upon reboot.

Same deal...
