Remote printers not coming over

I have 2 people both purchased a new xp pro computer, prior to these computers there old computers brought over there printers using remote connections however now with the new computers something is blocking there printers from coming over to the server so they can print, the selection to bring over printers and plug n play devices and drives are marked, Cannot locate what could be blocking, they added it as an exception also, remote desktop and printers
