Hello; I'd like to know how to upload/download one file from CD to
Vista file on my computer. Hope someone has the correct answer!

Put the CD in the drive

After a moment, a window will pop up asking you what you want to do with it.

Select browse files, and either drag the file you want to the place you want it to be, or right click and select Save As

if you dont' get a dialog window - Click Start, Computer, double click your CD drive, and perform step 3 above.
