I just got a new laptop. I recently moved back to china, but sadly I dont speak chinese. Is there anyway I can change the OS to English without having to reinstall the whole thing? I know Vista Ultimate has a language pack you can install to do so, but I was unable to find one for Home Basic edition. If anyone knows how, your help will be much appriciated.

Thank You.

Even if you had the Ultimate version, you'd most likely need to reinstall because a language pack to go from Chinese to English probably isn't available.
