Convert XP from Romanian

Hi all!

I have a question for all of you, if somebody can help me.
The computer, I'm using at work, the guy before installed Romanian Interface Pack, so, now all the windows XP is in Romanian Now.
I hate this, as I'm used with English interface, and, for a while I was working in UK.
I want to switch it back , without installing a fresh copy, as I have a lot of programs, and pluging installed already, and a fresh install would mean to....install all of them again.

Any body can help me please?

You can switch back to English if the installed OS is in English. Go to Control Panel, Regional Options. In the Regional Options tab, set it to the English locale that you wish to use. Then click the Advanced Options tab and change the location back to the desired English locale and check the option to apply the new settings to the current account as well as the default user. Once you reboot, the computer should be in English.
