Hey guys,
Do you know how to stop a program from running in vista? Getting addicted to certain programs. This is the last resort.

well, ive got the setup file. so its easy to reinstall. so, something which can permanently block the running of t his specific file.

There is no permanent solution... even if you block the .exe with your antivirus software, you can still unblock it easily enough. Get rid of the setup file... block the website where you downloaded it... even those aren't permanent solutions.
