You can buy an Intel Core2 Duo laptop from AMD's website.

The slim and lightweight A8Jr, based on Intel’s Core2 Duo processor, is the world’s first notebook series to utilize ATI’s Mobility Radeon™ X2300 GPU for stunning and crisp graphics.

AMD will do anything to make a buck these days :)

At least they didn't list the specs like . . .

* ATI’s Mobility Radeon™ X2300 GPU f

* Instant Fun PLUS for direct multimedia access to a wide range of digital entertainment applications

* Exclusive ASUS Splendid Color Enhancement Engine for vibrant visual enjoyment

* Built-in high resolution webcam for wire-free live video communication

* Three times faster data transfer rate with Enhanced Data Rate (EDR) Bluetooth™

....duh. It's their chipset. I have an ATI chipset mobo with an e4300 on it at home. No big deal. It's not like AMD has piles of CPUs laying around that they desperately have to get rid of. It's not like they have a high profit margin on most of their CPUs either. No reason to not sell chipsets that support intel CPUs. More money for AMD. They payed how much to acquire ATI and you expect them to just throw one of ATI's latest projects in the garbage? :roll:
