Custom PC won't boot up.

Well today I woke up and tried to turn on my computer, and it wouldn't boot up. The cd drive was making a noise like it was trying to eject but it just kept repeating = and it wont eject even if I press the button. It doesn't POST and there are no beeps.

It was working perfectly fine when I went to bed and I've had it for about 2 months.

Is there a disk in the CD drive? If so, there is a little hole on the tray, you can insert a paper clip and manually open it. If there is no disk in the drive, try disconnecting it and starting the machine
