Computer crashes playing team fortress 2

Hey all, I've been plagued by computer crashes, whether 10 minutes into playing Team Fortress 2 or a few hours in...at some point it freezes up and I get the following blue screen with this message I paraphrased:

A clock interrupt was not received on a secondary processor within the allocated time interval. Check to make sure any new hardware or software is properly installed. If this is a new installation, ask your hardware or software manufacturer for any windows updates you might need. If problems continue, disable or remove any newly installed hardware or software. Disable BIOS memory options such as caching or shadowing.

I only get this blue screen playing Team Fortress 2 and nothing else. What am I supposed to do? I'm pretty new to this sort of stuff, so I need help! Here are my computer specs:

Go into your advanced video properties when in TF2 and enable multi core rendering, also update your graphics drivers!
