I would go with the Motorola as it is the only one of the three to be certified DOCSIS 2.0 and DOCSIS 1.1.
The Linksys is only DOCSIS 1.1 certified.
The D-Link is only certified DOCSIS 2.0. That doesn't mean it won't work with DOCSIS 1.1 deployed MSOs, but if certain things don't go right, the provider will just say, we are only DOCSIS 1.1 and your modem is not DOCSIS 1.1 certified.
I agree. Go with the Motorola. It is universally known as the best cable modem available right now. I have one that has never failed or needed to be reset since installation about 2 years ago. It also upped my throughput significantly over the Dlink I used to have. I know another guy who is getting about 15Mbps download with his Motorola modem.
