Trying to log onto administrator account, lost from normal user groups. I am in safe mode and default will not work to rest or create a Administrator account.
I have tried Administrator as User name and left the password blank but it does not work. Also tried old administrator Usenr name and password and that doesn't work either. Can't connect to net, as computer won't allow me to add wireless software without administrator authority. HELP!!!
