I accidently hit the reset button on my computer while cleaning off the screen. the computer will not restart, it tries too, but keeps on coming back to the same screen, which asks me to start windows normally. I click on that, it tries to restart , then it comes right back to that screen. It continues to do this even if I don't click on the start windows normally???

Did you try 'last known good configuration'?

It shouldn't restart after you make your menu choice. Before it restarts, are you seeing a real quick BSOD after you choose to start normally?
