And if none of that works, it's time to replace the keyboard. It is possible that someone (or a virus) has also remapped your keyboard. Check the regional settings first as n3f0ur has suggested, then try another keyboard if you have one laying around. If the problem persists after all those checks and with a different keyboard, then your keyboard has been remapped.
