Add and remove programs

There may be restrictions present.

This can occur if there are system administrator settings in place. Some malware also sets restrictions to prevent its removal.

If there are restrictions which have been set by malware the possible solution might be short lived or not work at all.

In the right hand pane Add or Remove Programs Restriction - Undo click on Undo and save the reg file to your desktop.

Once the reg file has downloaded double click and allow it to merge with the registry.

This will remove any restrictions that are present with Add / Remove programs in the control panel.
