Whenever i minimize a window in Windows XP The Mouse sort of lags and doesnt move untill the window is completly minimized, Its not very noticeable but annoying, and doesnt happen on my other PC. any fixeS?

Open the task manager and watch your resources when it lags. It sounds like a resource problem. What are your system specs?
