My Disk drives Are Not Seen By The Operating system.They were Working But Now Do Not.Tried trouble Shooting Procedure.Using "My Computer" Disk drives (2) No longer Shown.Can You Advise??

Are you referring to hard drives or optical drives? SATA or IDE?

First, check the device manager for device conflicts. Yellow ! next to devices.
Second, make sure the cables are snug.

Thank you for your response.Yes device manager checked and there are yellow markers next to both optical drives.I do not know what to do next??

You can either:

uninstall the devices in device manager and restart
or
right click on the drives, properties, and update drivers
