I have a Dell XPS M140 with Windows XP. I have IE and Firefox. I have done everything I know to do. Pogo still won't work and I am a paying Club Member! I have deleted temp files, cookies, and caches. I have uninstalled and reinstalled Java countless times. I have reverted back to older versions of Java and IE to no avail. I have the latest of everything to no avail too!! I have turned off all pop-up blockers. I have cleared Java cache. I have emailed POGO four times and they haven't replied. I have Googled and Googled, but haven't found anything new which could help. I downloaded Microsoft VM and that worked for a while, but now that is not working either. It has me completely baffled. It seems like I can play one game, then check my email, then go back to play another game and it doesn't work. So I delete all temps, caches, and cookies, restart my computer, and then it may or may not work again. This can happen up to eight times in one day! When it's not working here's what happens: I click the game I wish to play, then I click "Play Now" then I get a new window and after five minutes I get the "Unable to connect to server". I want to scream. Could it have anything to do with a wireless router? Is anyone else going through this?

i had the same problem with my wireless belkin n1 router did the same things, so i hooked my laptop computer back up to the modem, worked fine so yes it is the wireless router. singnal not sent back fast enough to keep server satisfied. at least this is what i found to be an answer. hope this helps anyone going through the worthlessness of uninstalling and re installing java or looking for microsoft virtual which i could not find without buying, and everything else pogo tells you to do in help. looking for a faster wireless router my self good luck.
