Error code 1500

I have a Toshiba computer. I have downloaded music w/ lime wire & Java w/sucess. I'm trying to download songs again $ it is saying i need to download java! When I try I get another system is running & error code 1500. How do I see whar is running? How do I stop it?

You may need the newest version of java. If something is running on your pc, you can open the task manager and kill the unwanted processes utilizing the cpu.
