goto start|right click computer|properties|advanced system settings|advanced|stratup and recovery and uncheck automatic restart.

The next time you get a bsod it will provide you with information in the form of an error message and a code.
The code is what is needed to find out what is happening.

Also check this post (the scotteq) response and follw the steps to gather more information.
