Winword exe

Hello,
I am working a Word document and tried to paste somehitng in from the internet. I can not now access the file. Winword.exe shows 50% CPU utilization. Is there anyway I can get to the document and save it?

What type of document was it!

Was it MS Word or Windows wordpad?
