I would like to know if Asus P5K3 would support the 2GB DDR-2 667MHZ modules from Kingmax. Does anybody know? Does anybody have an expirience with those modules?

Answer: No, that MB only supports DDR3 memory. I'm building a system so I'm researching. ;-)

If you are going to use DDR2 memory and you want the new P35 chipset/Asus mb combo, you need to go with the P5K. I am guessing the '3' at the end of the model name refers to DDR3 memory.

Like the above poster said P5K will support DDRII. I ran it with Kingston value Ram( 2 X 2gb) no problem.

KingMax shouldn't be a problem although I don't have a really high estime of the brand!
