im trying to disable the popups that show up when a program tries to launch, or when you're installing something. thanks!

Go to control panel...users accounts...and activate or deactivate users account control...

Is a stupid from vista and win 7....the dangerous programs are bloked for the antivirus and firewall....and you only install programs that you know....
