Hello everyone.. I am at a friends house trying to solve a computer problem he has before his dad gets home to anally rape him for messing up the family computer. he downloaded ESET 32 antivirus, from a torrent site and now the only thing that works is IE. Every time I try to open a program to fix things, I command prompt shows up for a second or so, and then disappears. And I get nothing after that. Anyone know what I should do? Aside from a freshcopy of vista?

Use System Restore to bring the computer back to it's previous state.

I am not entirely sure what I did.. but I did a bunch of messing around and deleted the ESET registry keys, and program files. Things started working as they normally would. I guess that means its fixed? haha Thank you for you input!
