noob questions about ram overclocking

2gb OCZ ddr400 Platinum
AMD 3200+

On the mobo I drop the HT multiplier to 4x to get the processor to 2.3ghz. Currently at HTT 230 with a multiplier of 10.

The ram is dropped to 333mhz from 400mhz. When I look in cpuz the mem frequency is @ 191.5mhz. And it derives that number from the cpu/12. I can raise the mem frequency by increasing the HTT from 230 to whatever, is that the only way to increase them mem frequency?

I'm just trying to get the ocz to advertised specs. 2-3-2-5 @ 200mhz. OTB it is 2.5-3-2-5.

I am also oc'ing the processor too. it's a 2ghz I have it at 2.3 with a 230htt and a 10x multiplier. I have dropped the CAS to 2. It runs at 2-3-2-5, but @ like 195mhz, i want it over 200mhz and I am wondering how to get that up without oc'ing the processor anymore. I can increase the mem frequency by upping the htt, but I don't want my proc speed increased, only my mem frequency.
