I looked around and most ppl say its a sata driver needed... but with bios seeing it idk
Any Ideas?

Still getting " <Unknown Disk>
There is no disk in drive. "
Is there any way to install onto the HD using it external through USB...? Like from my old dell desktop then the HD into laptop and use CD to do a repair... or is that not really poss?
