Lost icons on other users account but not mine how to retrieve them?

You really need to post more information about what is going on. Imagine that someone was coming to you for help. What would you want to know. We can't see your machine, so we have no idea what you are seeing other than what you post.

It sounds to me like the process explorer.exe is not running. On your account, if you open up the task manager and kill the process explorer.exe, does it look the same? To get it running again click file (from the task manager) and select new task, then type explorer.exe and it will start it again.

OkayI thought u new. I said lost icons on desktop (Keyword) what did u need to know unless your an computer geek!!!

Try this open the user that doesnt have icons. Right click on the desktop, view, and check show desktop icons

Also, the users doesn't have a start button or picture or anything. the users page is blank for the both of them? can someone help please!!!
