Ok so i have this Realtek HD Audio Manager problem where it detects when i plug in a speaker, lets me choose which it is and has this high pitched dog whistle like noise emmitting from the speaker. When i try and test the speaker, it puts out a very low sound even at 100%. Im running Vista 64 Home and use the computer mostly for gaming. Any suggestions. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling the driver. Removing the manager from startup to see if it was conflicting with windows, and tried my speakers on a different computer. Help please!!!

sounds like a power issue, make sure all connections within the computer are connected properly, that sound sometimes is a result of the computer not being earthed!
