ditto same issue. Will not open Jpg. but only on the c
rive it opens everything in to the viewer fine on other drives and i i tell it to slide show it will show the pictures fine but if i go in to the pictures file and double click on a jpg pic i get the error "Photo Gallery can't open this picture or video. this file format is not supported, or you don't have the latest updates to Photo Gallery"
