More Information

If someone can solve this, you will be my hero.

I have a problem with an HP 2710 All-in-One printer. I am able to print and scan wirelessly from 2 computers. The problem is the card slots are not able to transfer wirelessly to either computer.

I have tried HP tech support 5 times. I have removed and reinstalled their software over 10 times. We tried mapping the network drives. Nothing has worked. They promised a return call but have not heard from them in almost a week.

Here is my setup.

Dell Laptop Latitude D800 running XP Pro w/ SP2 is setup wirelessly to a Netgear MR814v2 router.
Mac G5 Quad running OS 10.4.11 is connected via Ethernet cable to one of the ports of the Netger router.
HP 2710 is wireless to the Netgear router and to the Dell Laptop.
For purposes of completeness, I also have a Linksys Voip adapter connected to the Netgear router via Ethernet.

With the exception of the card slots, all of the printer's functions work wirelessly to each computer. When I try to transfer to the Dell, the HP Director window indicates, "Printer is not connected." When I try to transfer to the Mac, a message appears that indicates, "No Image Capture Device."

HP has given up on me.

Help!!!
