I used Vista and have my cannon printer in the network. they works pretty well but recently, the print goes offline and i can't make print. I try to restart print spooler, unplug the print and reconnect it. The other computers in my network can you this printer, why mine can't ?
Please help me with that.

right click on the printer and untick use printer offline

untick use printer offline and make sure you can ping the printer from your computer
