Getting an error message.

Hello all.
I want to install on someone's PC the last version of Java, but I can't because I'm getting this error : http://img203.imageshack.us/img203/3665/errorwi.jpg.
I've tried with the offline installer too, but without success.
It works only with an older version, but with this version my friend can't play Pool on games.yahoo.com (to give an example).
What should I do ?
