If the blue screen disappears too quick, hit f8 on startup to get to the safe mode menu. After a BSOD crash, you usually have the option to 'disable the automatic restart' option.

im having the same problem with my acer aspire one. im trying to install off a usb stick (worked about 6 month ago), i get through the 'loading files part', then the loading windows page starts and i get the stop error (0x0000007b). i have swapped out the hard drive and still nothing. i have done everything i can imagine would fix the problem besides flashing the bios, and i dont know how to do that from a usb drive. anyone know what would cause this stop error? apparently there have been alot of errors like this with the acer aspire A1 series, but still no fix?
