Hardware repair iminent

A few weeks ago audio on my computer faild. I was able to get back some audio but there is still a problem. When i try to open Windows movie maker i get an error saying "WMM canot be used beacuse the required audio hardware canot be found on your computer."

Since then I have gone to the controll panel and checked audio settings and hardware. The computer says they are functioning.

After that I went to the system folders and checked gaming devices. There were four devices that were not instaled. The devices are as follows..

SM Bus controller
Unknown device (Thats actualy what the computer says it is)
Video controller (VGA compatible)
MPU-401 compatible midi divice

I used trooble shoot to try and solve the problem. It did not work. So now th computer is requesting a disk or file which it can nstall these devises from.

However i do not have instalation software. Is there a place on the internet i could load these files from? And what should i do about the Unknown device?
