IP/Network Camera CPU usage ?

Hi, need a little info about IP/Network camera CPU utilization.

If 2 or 3 IP/Network cams are connected through router, monitored by PC with motion detector active and each motion occurs are recorded in the HDD will use a high CPU and memory resources ?

You'd probably get stutters due to HD usage that would get noticeable during gaming but apart from that I wouldn't worry too much about the CPU usage.

PC are dedicated only for monitoring the video, a little bit browsing on the internet, light photoshop and office. Gaming aren't included. Thanks.
