Change Vista OS

Alright, so i am building a PC for my brother, and currently i have Vista Home Prem. installed on my PC. and i wish to give him that and buy myself Vista Business Edition (in order to get Win. 7 Pro). Is it possible for me to give him my serial code? will there be any issues?

You have Vista Home and you will buy a Vista Business, alright? If yes, buying a Vista Business, it will come with a serial code... You will don´t have issues.
