So I finally got my stuff, I'm just waiting for a spare afternoon to build it. Also waiting on the monitor which I ordered today!

E6600

Gigabyte P35-DS3R

2GB G-Skill 6400 DDR2 800

Asus 8800GTX

250GB WD SATA

Thermaltake Toughpower 750w

Zalman 9700LED

Antec Nine-hundred

Viewsonic VX922 19" 2ms (yay)

You might think some of my choices are lame, but I got some really good prices on all these parts!

Thanks to all who put in their two-cents! Much appreciated.

Only thing I can say is that 8800GTX will be severely limited by the 19" monitor. I would have spent the $200 differance between the 8800GTS 640 and 8800GTX on a good-quality 22" 5ms monitor instead. Also, I would not have gone with that hard drive (a single-platter WD 320gb drive for $80).

then upgrade it! or at least buy a second one at at least 22"!

especially with 2 ultra's... although that was a waste of $$$/£££ if you ask me...

I did not purchase them. They are for testing.
