Formatting a sony vio-vista wihout a CD-Rom

hey
I want to format Drive C
but I have no cd-rom
I remember when I bought they told me restart and press F something but I can't remember which F to press
any idea?

Try all of them as there are only 12, but you should also read the manual. If I were you, I would definitely read it or contact Sony before wiping out the C: drive. In particular, make sure that a copy of the XP installation package is available in a hidden partition of the hard disk and is accessible without launching the recovery utilities from Windows XP.
